I moved here from London - the Lewisham area, where I was when I was still going to university. My welcoming message for the new residents would be: just get involved, look around in the community. See what there is. I ended up going to one of the gyms in the centre of Gravesend, and honestly, it was one of the best things I ever could have done. Really, sort of, changed my life. Just sort of keep your heart and your mind open and have a look around, see what there is, and get involved. My favourite local areas: I have a sentimental connection on Perry Street where The Wellbeing Link began.
